Usually tickets are priced at only £1 each.

Come and grab a ticket from any of our services such as The Social Supermarket, Youth Club, Chatty Cafe and more. Funds raised go towards emergency food parcels, free youth clubs and other projects and services ☺️

Our next seasonal hamper will be our Christmas Hampers  with draws live on Facebook for the winners!

Litter Picks

Our team of locals and volunteers join together to make our neighbourhood a cleaner, greener place!

At our last litter pick we had the most volunteers & the most bags collected EVER at any of our litter picks!

We collected 34 bags of rubbish - Over 30 amazing volunteers came! Lots of happy faces at the end enjoying tasty cobs and pastries haha!

Thank you everyone for coming!!

Our next litter pick will be in Autumn - the 10th of October! Keep an eye out on Facebook for any updates!

Too Good To Waste Pop-up Shops:

A core part of our Foodshare Scheme is to make food go further! As you may know, we run a variety of food-related services which rely on surplus donations from large supermarkets. This food would have been thrown in the bin! Instead, we use this food (still good to eat!) for The Social Supermarket, Emergency Food Parcels, The Chatty Cafe & Youth Community Fridge. If we still have excess food, it goes to our Too Good to Waste Pop-up Shop for just £2.50!

Pop Up Shops are currently on

Fundraisers & Community Collaborations:

Our last fundraiser:

On Saturday 8th of August we held our annual fundraiser with The Sherwood Pub, we collectively raised £656.95 for projects & services at the social action hub which is huge

Thank you to everyone who supported our stalls, joined in on forest school, danced at the silent disco or bought a ticket on a raffle!

Congratulations to the winners of all the raffles, and thank you to everyone who donated to raffles and Tombola

On Sunday 9th August Daniel Colledge and others from Rainworth Football Club held a football match to commemorate OB and have donated their raised funds for The OB Project, which was over £800, meaning our total from the weekend reached over….

£1,400

Thank you to everyone involved! Incredible community spirit and effort put in!

Other Pop Up Shops/Carboot Sales:

Amongst the latest in our themed Pop up Shops, we recently hosted a new ‘Little One’s Pop-up Shop’. As many of you know, we receive lots of surplus donations that would otherwise go to landfill. In the instances where we are fortunate enough to have an abundance of baby & children’s products such as clothing, accessories, toys etc., we host our pop up stall at The Social Action Hub where brand new products are yours for the taking for charity shop prices or a donation of your choosing (depending on the event).
