Easter is approaching! We’ve got lots of fun and exciting Easter themed games, arts & crafts and activities
For Easter, Summer, and Halloween Playschemes we have FREE funded places for children in receipt of benefit related free school meals or children with an EHCP #HAF2023
Our trips this April will be to Gullivers kingdom and to Laser Labyrinth (multiple games) in Worksop each pricing at £20 per child. Please see the posters below for arrival & pick up times Please bring a packed lunch Limited spaces!
We are also doing Forest School again on Thursdays 6th & 13th Please book this separately by following the link below and DO NOT book a playscheme session if your child will be attending Forest School. We will meet at the centre & walk up to the Dawn House School site
Positively Empowered Kids will be coming to run afternoon sessions on Monday 3rd April& Wednesday 12th April to do workshops on mental health & wellbeing .

Please note Youth Club for under 12s is closed during the school holidays.
It will be back the week commencing 17th April 2023.
Our over 12's sessions will still be going ahead.

The Social Supermarket is based at The Social Action Hub on Kirklington Road Rainworth NG21 0JR.
It is with deep regret we inform you that as of April 3rd 2023 The Social Supermarket basket prices will be going up by 50p. Our energy and food suppliers have increased their prices, as many organisations have due to inflation and other economic issues.
£3.50 basket will increase to £4.00 and the £5.50 basket will increase to £6.00.
We have provided a price match comparing our basket to Aldi prices with similar products, and the result speaks for itself. An absolute bargain! Plus, you are helping to reduce food waste and raise money to support the communities most vulnerable people with emergency food parcels, subsidised meals and 121 support. We hope you understand our decision.
Emergency food parcels are still available on a referral basis via a professional body.

The Chatty Café Scheme is to tackle loneliness, here at The Social Action Hub we will be offering ‘Chatter & Natter’ tables.
Anyone can join! We believe having a chat can brighten your day and someone else's. A chatter & natter table creates a space for people of all ages and all walks of life to sit and talk to each other.
